Boot Camps

Boot Camp Schedule​

Boot camps are 7 days a week on:

 

  • Sundays 10:15 am 

  • Mondays 7 pm

  • Tuesdays 7 pm 

  • Wednesdays 7 pm

  • Thursdays 7 pm

  • Fridays 6:30 pm 

  • Saturdays 10 am 

  • In 2019 more evening classes and possible morning classes coming stay tuned

Boot Camp training is a group fitness activity that commences with dynamic stretching, followed by a wide variety of interval training which includes: lifting weights/objects, using TRX/RIP 60 straps, plyometrics and various types of intense explosive exercises. The program can be altered depending on your fitness level. We offer:

Personal Training

Heading 1

A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. Qualified personal trainers recognize their own areas of expertise. If a trainer suspects that one of his or her clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, they must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.

Barbells and Rattles Parent and Baby Class

Our Barbells and Rattles Parent and Baby Class is a great way to get back in shape for a parent that has a baby. Our class is designed for full body workout to help improve your strength, burn fat and put on muscle. No need to find a babysitter because your baby will be with you for this class

Please bring a baby carrier or wrap to the class.  

This class is designed for babies 6 weeks and older. Please get your Doctors permission before you start to work out.

Classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12pm

 

1 Class Per Week       $55

Our team training is designed to help your team gain a competitive edge. We work with your athletes in-season and off-season.  We offer:

Team Training Program

Our youth program is designed for individuals ages 10 thru 16 and provides a unique training experience. We offer:

Youth Training Program Schedule

Duration is 6 weeks, offered twice a week on:

Sundays at 11:15am

Tuesdays at 6:00pm

1:1 Online Personal Training

Let us help you train when it is convenient for you through our Online personal training.  Package includes:

  • One 20-30 minute Skype/FaceTime Consult

  • Customized Workout Plan with video demos

  • Generic Nutrition Guide and Shopping List

  • Once per week email or social media support (FB or Snapchat)

  • Weekly Check-In Snap Chat Motivation
