What To Expect During Your Session

Your red light therapy session is simple, comfortable, and designed to support your body without effort on your part.

You’ll lie back in a relaxed position while red and near-infrared light is positioned over the treatment area or body.

The light is gentle, warming, and soothing — many clients find it calming and restorative.

​Session length: typically 15–20 minutes, depending on your goals.

​

There’s no discomfort, no invasive steps, and no downtime afterward.

To get the best results from your session:

Arrive with clean skin
No makeup, SPF, or active skincare products on the treatment area. This allows maximum light penetration.

​

Hydrate well
Drinking water before your session supports circulation and cellular function.

​

Wear comfortable clothing
You can undress to your comfort level. We recommend light clothing such as shorts and a tank top for sessions.

How Often Should I Use Red Light Therapy?

For optimal outcomes, most clients begin with 2–3 sessions per week, then transition to weekly maintenance once goals are achieved.
